1. About THEGREY

THEGREY ("we", "us") runs a marketplace where independent vendors list research compounds and buyers compare vendors, request quotes and place orders. We are not the seller of any product listed by a vendor.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done with your account. Keep your password safe.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law.

3. Research use only

Every product on THEGREY is sold for laboratory research use only. Products are not for human or animal consumption, diagnosis or treatment. See our Research Use Disclaimer.

4. Buyers

• Quotes, prices, stock and delivery times come from vendors. Check them before you accept a quote.
• Report a listing if something looks wrong. False or abusive reports may lead to account action.

5. Vendors

• Vendors must follow the Vendor Agreement accepted during onboarding, list accurate information and keep certificates of analysis (COAs) current.
• Listings can be reviewed, flagged, hidden or removed by THEGREY.
• Grey Scores and penalties are calculated as described on the platform.

6. Payments and disputes

Unless stated otherwise, payment terms are agreed between buyer and vendor. Problems with an order can be reported through the platform and are handled under our dispute process.

7. Liability

THEGREY is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for products sold by vendors or for indirect losses.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date of the latest update is shown on this page. Continuing to use THEGREY after an update means you accept the new Terms.
