- To keep the platform safe: verification, fraud prevention, Grey Scores and listing reviews.
- To send service emails and, if you choose, updates and newsletters.

- With the vendor or buyer on the other side of a quote or order, only as needed for that order.
- With service providers that help us run THEGREY (hosting, email), under contract.
- When the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.

We keep data while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to some uses. Contact our support team to make a request.
